Blue Cactus Power Washing provides professional power washing, pressure washing, and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in the Phoenix metropolitan area and surrounding communities. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and scheduling.
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, scope of work, accessibility, and other factors discovered upon inspection. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
We will make every effort to perform services on the scheduled date and time. However, appointments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. For recurring service plans, payment will be charged according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month. Unpaid balances may be referred to a collection agency.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will re-clean the area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover areas affected by weather, foot traffic, or other factors after service completion.
Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the areas to be cleaned, including unlocking gates, moving vehicles, and securing or removing fragile items, plants, and personal property from the work area. BCPW is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area that were not identified prior to service.
Blue Cactus Power Washing LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured. While we take every precaution to avoid damage, power washing involves high-pressure water and cleaning agents that may affect certain surfaces. We are not liable for damage to surfaces that are already compromised, improperly installed, or inherently susceptible to damage from pressure washing. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Cactus Power Washing LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or any negligent or wrongful act on your part.
All content on the BCPW website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Blue Cactus Power Washing LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from BCPW via email, phone, and/or text message regarding your services, account, and promotional offers. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
